A good week running though my knee has been bothersome of late. So as I watch "Supernatural" on my DVR, I have a bag of ice on it working my way back to the path of good health though from what I am reading, good health is more than a few days away. I guess this is then a good test of my "patience" levels!
Did I learn anything this week from my running? Well first, form is important! When my form is good, the knee feels good...when form is bad, my knee aches! The other takeaway from this week is this: keep one's runs interesting and constantly different. The same path over and over gets old very fast. Keep changing up your paths and trails.
So with that said, here are this week's pics while I ventured through counts of Amesbury and the coast of Boston.
